Dear MSJLL Community,

The MSJLL  season has started!  We are looking forward to an exciting few months ahead.

The snack shack will be open this season and we will need dedicated volunteers to help.  All parents need to sign up for at least one shift per player. 

This season there are 2 ways you can fulfill your requirement.  You can work the snack shack for a 4 hour shift or you can do a shopping run to Costco/Smart and Final.  Each week, there will be one slot for the shopping run.

If you choose to do a shopping run, you will need to pick up the list of items needed from the snack shack on Monday.  It will be posted in a slot on the field house door.  You will need to bring all the supplies purchased  to the snack shack on a time agreed upon by Lu Lu. Her number will be on the form.  You will fill out a reimbursement form and a check will be mailed to you in a few weeks.

If for any reason you can not make your shift, we ask that you first try to find a replacement and contact your team parent for help.  We do not want to have to close the snack shack.  Please contact us to let us know of any changes.

Helpful information-If you are signed up for an opening shift, please find the Field Director when you arrive.  They will have the key to open the snack Shack for you.  Once inside, please look on the refrigerator door for instructions on how to open up the snack shack.
