PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCY:

If you played with us in this Spring Season you are not required to submit proof of residency or birth certificate again.

For new players for baseball MSJLL requires a proof of age for each player. Original birth certificate are the only acceptable as a proof of age document as per the Little League.

We also need 3 proofs of residency for each player. Acceptable documents can be found here. Proof of residency can be uploaded online.

LEAGUE BOUNDARIES:

MSJLL is authorized to accept players that live or go to a school within the Mission San Jose School District boundaries. For a detailed map of our official boundaries, please see the MSJLL Boundary Map.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT:

MSJLL is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. As such, we require a minimal amount of volunteer time from adults for each registered player.
